Product Availability
 

At TAMAYA DECOR, we are an authorized retailer. All products on our website are sourced directly from the manufacturer. There may be instances where a product is marked as ‘In Stock’ but the feed hasn’t been updated yet. Real-time updates may not always be possible. If you wish to confirm whether a product is in stock, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 2 pm (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)  Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us.

Our main warehouse is located at  A1406 Block A, 14th Floor, Ramky One Galaxia, Nallagantla, Rangareddy, 500019 Hyderabad Telangana, India. This central location allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and expedite shipping processes, ensuring that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible. 

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page found in the Footer under Site Information. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in our system.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon receipt to verify they are in proper condition. We inspect our packages before they leave the facility to ensure they are in brand-new condition.

Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. TAMAYA DECOR is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.
